We have enabled user driven password reset. You may notice additional information may be needed the next time you sign in. This will also happen to the students as well. By default it will want your phone number, on the bottom left corner you can select another method. I recommend staff choose phone and students choose security questions. Once you have that setup, you can use this link anytime you forget your password. https://aka.ms/sspr This link is also on our tech request site. Students and staff alike will have the ability to reset their own passwords with this link.
